Over the years, I have nurtured a worldwide travel club, the CCW Vacation Club, and have personally met and socialized with almost all of the members. Although revolving around the common interest of taking escorted golf vacations to resort destinations, I have watched many wonderful friendships emerge from the Club just because of their common interest of golf and travel. It is my hope that this Club will also become a big hit with the common bond of owning “resort investment property”…a condo at a resort, a vacation home, a second or third home, your full time retirement home, or maybe just a retirement retreat.
Our Club will give you opportunities to attend seminars, take escorted vacations to resort destinations, and also associate with other members who share the common bond of investing in a resort property.
In the future, we hope to expand the services of the Club to help members “swap” their properties to other members – how novel is that? The vision is that baby boomers will NOT just want to live in a home in Palm Springs all year round….they will only spend 3 or 6 months there, and want to take off to another destination or country the rest of the year.
