wish to compete for prizes in our golf tournaments (see our CCW Competition Format) know that registered and verifiable handicaps are required: Maximum handicaps allowed to compete are 32 for Men or Ladies. If you DON'T have a registered handicap, but still wish to play golf, this can be arranged. Just call me! However, you must be competent enough to play the game, know the rules, and MOST IMPORTANT....be able to keep up with the group in front of you!
After signing up for membership, I will personally contact you via PHONE or your PERSONAL E-MAIL to welcome you to our Club.
Privacy Policy: Personal membership information is private, and only accessed by Thomas, and for the sole use of communicating CCW Vacation Club programming and golf related news that I think might be of interest to our Members. The CCW database will not be sold or lent to any entity or Member without the written or email consent of the Member. CCW takes appropriate safeguards
to insure that our website and databases are not accessible to anyone except CCW. CCW must approve any non-CCW solicitation to its Members, and will do
so ONLY if CCW feels it is appropriate. CCW does not publish names of tournament
players prior to an event. CCW will post results after an event, with the Member's FIRST NAMES ONLY. Our philosophy is simple: "Privacy is good -- we are a Private Club".
CCW Code of Etiquette:
Upon signing up for Membership to CCW, you agree to have read and understand the following standards,
and are expected to instruct Members you refer of our standards.
1. Dress -- All Members will be responsible for their attire. Most golf courses we play have dress codes prohibiting the wearing of jeans, cutoffs, tank tops, etc. Be forewarned that no refunds will be given if your attire is considered unsuitable at any of our selected courses.
2. Conduct-- Our objective is to have fun in a congenial atmosphere. It is assumed that CCW Members will at all times protect and uphold the high standards of the
Club, both on and off the golf course. Our ability to return to any venue is highly dependent on the impression we leave behind.
3. The Play -- All of our tournaments are conducted under the CCW Rules Format, which includes "Rules of Fair and Fast Play". We also play under the current USGA Rules of Golf, the R and A Rules of Golf, and local rules that apply. It is incumbent on all players to have reasonable knowledge of these rules. Every player has a right, indeed an obligation, to invoke a penalty for a perceived infraction of the Rules. In cases of dispute, the local Pro's ruling will be final. Know your rules!
4. Attendance -- When an unexpected event occurs to delay you or even keep your from participating, please advise the CCW as soon as possible so alternate plans can be made. Please be familiar with refund policies and know that "trip CANCELLATION insurance" is always available.
5. Be on time! and ready to go when the shotgun fires.
Prizes: Prizes are paid in cash. The cash prize denomination and number of places awarded will be at the discretion of the CCW at each event is based on the field. Again, if you have any questions, call Thomas direct at 801-201-4653
General Membership Policy Information
Event Registration:

Form Of Payment:
We prefer payments be made via PERSONAL CHECK. We do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovercard, and Amex, however due to the high cost of merchant fees, we charge a 4 percent handling fee/service charge for making payment with any credit card.
Pre-registration and Deposits:
When a CLUB event is published, it will be available for entries for up to 30 days. When the event it full, we will try to keep a “wait list”. If they event has not been filled within the entry window, it will be subject to cancellation, with full refunds of deposits. We do not recommend securing NON REFUNDABLE air tickets for any event UNTIL the entry window is closed and you have received confirmation from our office that the event has enough participants and will be held. Once you know the event is confirmed, we STRONGLY recommend that all participants purchase trip cancellation insurance through Travel Insured International immediately. This should allow for any "pre-existing condition clause" to go into effect. Please read your policy choices carefully!
Full Payment Due Date:
All tours must be paid in full on the “full payment due date” posted for that specific event. If payment arrangements are not completed on this date, you slot is subject to forfeit, as well as your initial deposit, and we will enter a Member from our “wait list”.
Credit Card Declines:
If a participant's credit card is declined, there will be a $25 service charge immediately assessed to the participant. The participant will be contacted by our office, and given a 7 days to provide a credit card that can be processed. If the participant cannot be contacted within the 7 days, or if an alternative method of payment is not provided, the participant will forfeit the slot. Timely payments are necessary for CCW to keep an excellent credit profile with our vendors.
Participant Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Should a Member have to cancel, they will be charged a minimum $50 per person “cancellation office fee”. If a participant cancels after their credit card has been charged for their initial deposit or full payment, they are subject to forfeit the full package price. However, CCW will try to use every reasonable means to recoup a full refund. All refunds will be made in the form of a check from CCW. This refund will NOT be made as a credit to your personal credit card (this costs CCW extra fees!). Again, we recommend all participants consider purchasing appropriate Trip Cancellation Insurance provided at reasonable prices through Travel Insured International.
Credit Card Debit Inquiry:
As a Member of our Club, you are obligated to adhere to the following
procedure if you dispute a charge on your credit card. If a participant feels a
credit card charge is not warranted, they are obligated to contact the CCW World
Office for a full explanation prior to contacting the credit card company or bank.
It is CCW's policy to do all that is necessary to resolve the inquiry quickly and
to the Member's satisfaction. Should the Member contact the credit card company
or bank first, however, this creates unnecessary work and time for all parties.
It also can have a bearing on the future credit rating of the CCW. Because of this
potential damage to CCW, the Member's membership to the club may be revoked if this obligation is not respected.
Event Cancellation:
CCW reserves the right to cancel an event if the participant numbers do not meet quotas needed by CCW. Every effort will be made to make this decision prior to the Full Payment Deadline date for each event. Participants will be notified in a timely manner should this take place, and refunded their full payment and deposit. If an event is cancelled by CCW due to lack of participation, Members will receive a FULL REFUND.
Membership Revocation Policy:
In order to protect the integrity of the CCW, the club reserves the right to revoke or suspend a Membership at any time
