My desire to own my own company involving golf and travel comes from my many years organizing golf tournament vacations as Founder, President, and General Director for the International Airline Golf Assn, IAGA, from 1987 – 2001. It likely all started in college as the social director in my fraternity, then graduating from USC in 1976, Economics. I was an Event Coordinator at the Pasadena Convention Center for 3 years, then hired on as a Flight Attendant with Western Air Lines in 1977. With the merger in 1987, I have been with Delta Air Lines since, a span of almost 35 years in travel and customer service. After 9-11, deregulation, and the many changes the Airline Industry went through, we closed down the IAGA. Wonderful memories of orchestrating over 300 golf tournament vacations all over the world, with over 36 major airlines participating over a span of 15 years! Those were the days! With my customer service background as well as, what i call, my “worldly sixth sense”, nurtured by my extensive traveling the world over the past 35 years, I felt my skills would be best utilized by starting up my own company to offer premier vacation destinations to the private sector, corporate groups, and small private groups. In 2008, I added a general partner to help further develop our website design and on-line Pro-shop, Mr. Corey Tenney. Corey has been an invaluable asset to CCW, allowing us to now offer even more in web marketing tools to help our clients enhance their corporate or private events. Corey also oversees our Pro-shop, which is still going through enhancements, and we plan to add more unique and high quality travel/vacation/sport items.
